Bio / Company Overview
I have been in the bail bond business for almost 42 years during which time I was the primary fugitive recovery person for the agency. I was also the person who completed background checks on applicants. In 2015 I became licensed as a Private Investigator in Michigan and because of my knowledge of the criminal justice system gained through the bail industry, I specialized in criminal defense cases. I studied criminal justice at U of M Flint, although I did not complete my studies. I have an Associates Degree in Business administration and have completed Brandon Perron's CDITC course in Component Method of Criminal Defense Investigation & Case Management as well as the John E. Reid and Associates course on Interviewing and Interrogation as well as the Advanced Course of Interviewing and Interrogation.
I am currently serving my second term as Board Member at Large for the Michigan Council of Professional Investigators and my second term as the Chair of the Education Committee. I am also a member of the Legislative Committee. I am also a member of the Indiana Society of Professional Investigators, the National Council of Investigation & Security Services, and the National Defender Investigator Association.
I currently take cases throughout Southeastern Michigan, Mid Michigan and the Thumb area of Michigan.
