He is a Board Accredited Investigator (BAI) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with extensive training and experience in conducting internal theft and fraud investigations. He is also certified in the Reid Technique of Interview and Interrogation (CRT). Prior to leaving the casino industry, he worked for over 10 years as a Senior Security Investigator for one of the largest gaming companies in Louisiana. Russell Kolins, BSSM, CCDI, FCP, CCAP, SAS, MOAB Speaking Topic: Making Money from CPTED | Russ Kolins holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Security Management. After extensive intelligence training and service with the USMC 3rd Force Recon, Russ began a rewarding career in private practice as a licensed investigator. His talents were recognized by the insurance industry that trained him extensively in the fields of Risk Management, Risk Assessments, Premises Liability, Security Inspections and Civil Liability. Russ also became a Certified Criminal Defense Investigator (CCDI). Russ is responsible for the release of four innocent men who were wrongly convicted and received the death penalty or life imprisonment. He handled each of those matters pro-bono. Kelly has more than 43 years of investigative experience Professional Experience Narrative: Mr. Riddle is the President of Kelmar Global Investigations and has more than 42 years of investigative experience. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Alabama. He has been designated an expert in surveillance, insurance investigations, nursing home abuse, and computer investigations. He was chosen as the “PI of the Year” by the National Association of Investigative Specialists and the PI Magazine named Mr. Riddle as the “#1 PI in the United States.” Both organizations named him as “One of the Top 25 PIs of the 20th Century.” Kelly obtained his Texas Certified Investigator designation (held by less than 50 people in Texas).
