The Florida Association of Private Investigators (FAPI) invites businesses, service providers, and industry organizations to participate as sponsors and exhibitors at the 2027 FAPI Annual Conference, March 8–10, 2027, at the Hilton Orlando/Altamonte Springs.

The FAPI Annual Conference brings together approximately 100–150 private investigators, law enforcement professionals, attorneys, paralegals, investigative reporters, and other industry professionals for three days of education, professional development, and networking.

Sponsorship provides an opportunity to increase your organization’s visibility, introduce your products and services, build relationships, and demonstrate your support for the investigative profession.

Investigating the Future: Artificial Intelligence & the Modern Investigator

Artificial intelligence is changing how investigative professionals research, communicate, operate, and grow their businesses.

The 2027 conference will explore practical applications and emerging considerations involving AI, including:

FAPI offers several ways for organizations to participate in and support the Annual Conference.

Conference Sponsorships

Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver Sponsorships provide varying levels of conference visibility and participation.

Depending on the sponsorship level, benefits may include scheduled sponsor presentations, exhibit space, conference registrations, Conference Program advertising, pre-conference promotion, website recognition, attendee bag inserts, and recognition during the conference.

Premier sponsorship opportunities are limited.

Exhibitor Opportunities

Meet and engage directly with conference attendees as a FAPI Exhibitor.

Exhibitor benefits include exhibit space, one conference registration, Conference Program advertising, website recognition, attendee bag placement, and participation in the scheduled Vendor Introduction session.

Exhibit space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority placement given to conference sponsors.

Event Sponsorships

Increase your visibility by sponsoring a specific conference meal or networking event.

Opportunities include:

• Breakfast Sponsorship — $1,000
• Luncheon Sponsorship — $1,500
• Hospitality Suite Sponsorship – Business/Vendor — $500
• Hospitality Suite Sponsorship – PI Association — $300

Event sponsorships may be purchased independently or as an add-on to another conference sponsorship, exhibitor package, or attendee registration.

Event sponsorship does not include general conference admission. Each event sponsorship includes access for one sponsor representative to the sponsored event only.

Conference Program Advertising

Organizations may also advertise in the official 2027 FAPI Annual Conference Program, whether or not they attend the conference.

Advertising options include:

• Full Page — $250
• Half Page — $125
• Quarter Page — $75
• Business Card — $50

Program advertising may be purchased independently or in addition to other sponsorship and conference opportunities.
