The Florida Association of Private Investigators, Inc. is a professional organization created to provide a voice for licensed private investigators and related professionals within the State of Florida and throughout the United States. FAPI was originally formed in 1963 and is the oldest Private Investigator's Association in Florida. FAPI offers its members extensive networking opportunities with other experienced investigators nationwide, and a place to share referrals, questions, sources of information and more in a friendly, non competitive, yet professional atmosphere through our members only discussion group and forums.

The mission of the Florida Association of Private Investigators, Inc. is to represent integrity, responsibility, and equality for the private investigative profession throughout the State of Florida and nationwide.
Membership of the Florida Association of Private Investigators, Inc. is open to qualified investigators and related professionals throughout the State of Florida and nationwide, as well as individuals or companies who provides services or materials to the PI Industry, so if you are a licensed investigator, an active investigator in a state that does not require licensing, or otherwise industry related professional click on membership to join today.
San Bernardino Police Chief, Jarrod Burguan
Chief Jarrod Burguan has been with the San Bernardino Police Department since January 1992 and has been serving as the City's police chief since December 2013. Throughout his career he has worked in, supervised or managed units in every division of the department.
Chief Burguan has earned a Bachelor's Degree and a Masters Degree in Management from the University of Redlands, he is a graduate of the Senior Management Institute for Police (Police Executive Research Forum - Boston University, 2012) and POST Command College (Class 53), he also holds a POST Management Certificate.
Chief Burguan is also the police chief who kept his cool when two armed assailants had just massacred 14 county employees in San Bernardino

The response, of all the agencies, was a national model for first responder actions regarding terrorist attacks."
